The Canterbury RC is hosting a debate between girls from Canterbury Girls Secondary College and a rotarian team on Monday 14 September.
The topic is "life is better now than it was 50 years ago". The moderator will be former Camberwell High School principal Elida Brereton.
The venue is the Auburn Bowls Club at 2B Munro Street Hawthorn East with a 6.30 for 7 start. Supper will be provided and drinks will be available from the bar.
Entry is $40 for adults and $20 for students.
The night is a fundraiser for Rotary Inner Metropolitan Emergency Relief Network.
