In April each year our Rotary Club provides around 40 volunteer marshals to help the RSL to run the Anzac Day march through the city of Melbourne.
You don’t have to be a Rotarian to volunteer to join our team. We start work around 7am and finish up by 1pm. Thousands of people attend to honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and way of life.
The 2018 ANZAC Day March Event
Kylie Wightman has passed on the thanks of the Chief Marshal of the ANZAC Day March, to our Rotarians and Friends that helped with the 2018 event. This is the fifth year in which our Rotary Club has been involved in providing Marshals for the ANZAC Day March and so contributing to another very successful March.
